Hotel Policies and Procedures
1- Check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late departure will be according to availability and with extra charges.
2- Entry of any external decorative agents into the hotel is strictly prohibited. All coordination regarding decorations should be made through the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of any items.
3- Room cleaning services are a daily service for all hotel rooms. If you do not want to clean or enter the room, please put the room’s key to activate the room electricity, then activate the “do not disturb” button with the red light.
4- Food, banquets, and drinks are not allowed from outside the hotel. Only fast food is allowed, provided that the guest collects it himself from the reception.
5- Visitors are not allowed, and this applies to all service providers, encompassing massage agents, spa specialists, decoration agents, photographers, make-up artists, nail artists, and any other individuals associated with similar services.
6- For safety reasons, it's totally prohibited to use any kind of ignition sources such as charcoal, incense burners, shisha, etc.
7- External electrical connections are totally prohibited.
8- Any means of disturbance to other guests is totally prohibited.
9- The hotel has the right to impose any fees for the misuse of any room or hotel facilities, and the guest has no right to object to them.
10- The hotel shall not be responsible for any valuables or personal belongings left in the guest room. Guests are advised to utilize the complimentary in-room safe deposit boxes provided for the secure storage of their valuables. Additionally, the hotel shall not be responsible for any items forgotten or left behind by guests within the hotel premises or their cars.
